Home made french food, the best restaurant in the area as far as I am concerned! It is really worth a visit! I had a "carbonade de boeuf" ,beef stew, simply delicious

In a beautiful backyard setting by the river, we enjoyed delicious dorade with ratatouille. Extremely fresh; infused with lemon and thyme. The white wine was the perfect accompaniment. This was a surprising delight for our first meal in France. We had just landed in Toulouse, on our way to the Niaux cave. Wish we had had room (and energy) for dessert!

Beautiful little town. Nice classic restaurant. The staff were very accommodating of my broken French. But the star of the show was the duck breast. It was INCREDIBLE. Perfectly cooked, simple and without any nonsense. Possibly the best tasting duck I have had.

We went to La Plage for a late dinner and recommended by the Airbnb we were staying in Clermont-Le-Fort. The dinner was excellent and fun atmosphere - the owner/server was very fun and spoke a little English. We did the fixed-price menu and everything was delicious!
